Our Divorce Practice
We work closely with husbands and wives throughout the divorce process (which in California is referred to as a dissolution of marriage), from the preparation and filing of a the Petition (or Response if you have already been served), gathering the information we need, all the way through trial or settlement. We also handle post-judgment motions to modify existing orders.

- Child custody and visitation: We will help you fight for what is best for your children, and you as their parent. We will guide you through the court process to protect your rights.
