Our Practice
We handle a wide range of family law matters, including but not limited to:

- Child support and spousal support: We review all proposed child support orders for compliance with California law and to ensure that all relevant income is properly considered. We also help you determine whether spousal support is warranted and, if so, how much support should be paid and for how long.
- Restraining orders: We represent either side in proceedings involving a request for restraining orders. We will review the facts of your case, prepare the document to seek or respond to a petition for a restraining order, and appear on your behalf at all proceedings.
